At Victoria Queen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn’t perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original Victoria Queen packaging, ensuring all protective materials and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
